SEARCH shares on Hugging face a new tool for generating synthetic brain images simulating cardioembolic stroke lesions

SEARCH colleagues from the Hospital de Sant Pau i de la Santa Creu in Barcelona have uploaded a new interactive tool on Hugging Face for generating synthetic brain images that simulate cardioembolic stroke lesions. The resource is built upon SPADE (Spatially Adaptive Denormalization) and allows users to create clinically plausible synthetic NCCT images by interactively painting different regions on a brain template.

The tool has been developed by the Biomedical Engineering and Radiology teams under the leadership of Dr Josep Munuera.

Visit SEARCH’s Hugging Face platform to explore other available resources, including a novel variational autoencoder based model, TIDE II, for generating high resolution synthetic Wireless Capsule Endoscopy (WCE) images, as well as a tool for the creation of realistic synthetic electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, called Deepfake ECG Generator – Plus.
